Anwar Al Taiyeb International Jewelry is operated by SAIF AL ADALA General Trading & Contracting Company, Shop 10-11, Near Rotana Hotel, Fahaheel, Kuwait. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, use our website, or contact us, and what we do with it.

Information We Collect

We collect what we need to quote, fulfil and support your order:

  • Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
  • Order details — the piece, gold weight and purity, gemstone or diamond selection, and any custom design specification you give us.
  • Messages you send us through the website, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or in person at our showroom.
  • For high-value or international orders, we may ask for a government-issued ID, a signed invoice, or a confirmation by email or WhatsApp before we ship.

How We Use Your Information

We use it to prepare your quotation, confirm and manufacture your order, take payment, arrange delivery or collection, verify your identity before shipping high-value or international orders, and respond to enquiries or complaints.

Payment Information

Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer today, and are integrating a payment gateway supporting KNET, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Every order carries an invoice, order confirmation and shipping record, which we may share with our bank or a card network if a payment dispute is raised.

Sharing Your Information

We share your information only with the courier delivering your order, our payment provider, and — where a piece is manufactured outside Kuwait — the workshop producing it in India or Dubai. We do not sell or rent your information. We are not a marketplace: your details are never shared with an unrelated third-party seller.

Data Retention

We keep invoices, order confirmations and shipping records to support any future warranty claim, complaint, or payment dispute.

You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to support@anwarjewel.com.
